Databasement has developed different scenarios in order to facilitate the datacentre failover within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement) and failback to the original datacentre using replacement equipment which has the last dataset from the customer installed on it.
Through the Databasement InControl Portal the latest data is guaranteed, in line with the SLA, to always be in the best hands at Databasement.
The daily operational management of the filer is the responsibility of the Databasement system administration team. They ensure the systems are watched carefully and required modifications and changes are proactively carried out.
